Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@releaseyourfascia.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Return Requirements

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• The device must be returned in its original packaging
• All components — charging base, Type-C cable, and user guide — must be included

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exchanges

Prefer a different option? We offer exchanges for store credit of equal value. Email support@releaseyourfascia.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@releaseyourfascia.com with photos of the issue. We'll investigate and expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
